Ordering

How do I place an order?

You can order via our secure website or give us a call at 855-235-8776 to place your order over the phone. If you don’t see the epoxy resin on our website that you need, please contact us.  We may be able to get it for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. Your orders are processed through Shopify Payments.

Shipping

How quickly will my order ship?

Typically your product will ship next business day.  You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

In the unlikely event a product you ordered happens to be on backorder, we will contact you by email or phone.  

What shipping carriers do you use? 

We ship smaller orders via UPS and FedEx Ground.  Larger orders are shipped via a freight carrier. 

What are shipping costs?

We offer free shipping within the continental US for any orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping costs are a flat $14.50.  You can email us at sales@fiberglasswarehouse.com if you are outside of the continental US.  We can get you a shipping quote.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping takes approximately 1-6 business days from shipment.  We typically get your order out next business day***. Orders ship out of our warehouse in Florida.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. You must contact a sales representative at sales@proglasepoxy.com for an RMA number. You will be responsible for the outbound and return shipping costs and a 20% re-stocking fee.  Must be packaged well and in the original box.

When will I receive my refund?

A refund will be processed within 5 days of receiving the un-damaged product.  Once the return is processed, it will take approximately 5-7 business days to show up in your account.

We are open Mon-Fri, 9am-5:00pm EST.  We are closed on the following holidays- New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
