Six ounce fiberglass cloth is a great general purpose fiberglass that is light weight and smooth. It is our most popular mid-weight fiberglass cloth. It is a plain weave fabric that is often used on surfboards, sailboats and cedar strip canoes. It is also great for small boat construction and general purpose projects.

This cloth can be layered when more strength is needed. The plain weave provides uniform strength horizontally and vertically.
